A: We use only sustainably sourced Palo Santo wood — naturally fallen and aged for optimal aroma. No chemical additives, no artificial fragrances. Just pure plant magic.

Q: Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
A: Yes. All RÁN incense sticks and candles are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and free from animal-derived ingredients.

Q: How long does one incense stick burn?
A: Each stick burns for around 40–50 minutes. For daily use, 10–15 minutes is enough to transform your space energetically.

Q: What is the scent difference between Purification and Opulence No.8?
A:
• Purification: Minty, citrusy and fresh — perfect for clearing stagnant energy and lifting moods.
• Opulence No.8: Earthy cinnamon with soft woodiness — ideal for grounding, abundance rituals, and cozy evening vibes.

Q: Do I need to keep windows open when burning incense?
A: Ventilation is recommended. It helps circulate the aroma and allows any initial smoke to clear more gently, creating a more comfortable and uplifting atmosphere.

Q: How do I extinguish the incense if I don’t want to burn the whole stick?
A: You can gently tap it out in a ceramic holder or snuff it out in ash. RÁN incense continues to smell divine even after it stops burning.

Q: Is it safe to leave incense unattended?
A: We strongly advise against leaving burning incense unattended. Always burn in a safe, stable holder away from flammable materials.

A: All orders are shipped from Malaysia.

Q: How long does shipping take?
